Return & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the item(s) back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order. We do not provide refunds.

To process an exchange, please contact us at info@confidentcubs.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We'll get back to you within 48 business hours confirming the exchange and we will guide you through the process.

Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us, however we will cover the cost to ship out replacement items in the case of an exchange.

If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you an online credit by email once we receive the item(s) back. This credit will be valid online only and will never expire. please note that when you return an item: (1) we ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had had the tags removed. (2) any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be exchanged. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel. (3) we suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find that an item you have received is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to info@confidentcubs.com with a description of the damage (ideally include a photo if possible) and your order number, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you or provide you with a refund if the item is no longer available.
